<strong>Oral communications<\/strong>, these are individual presentations of original research results, unpublished or published during the last two years. Oral communications must be submitted within one of the three thematic areas of the Congress. They may be presented in Spanish, Portuguese or English. When applying, each author must indicate if, in case the oral communication is rejected, he\/she accepts that it be proposed as a poster.<\/p><p>&#8211; <b>Meaningful Experiences Video<\/b>, these videos are presentations of various experiences and lessons learned in the context of work or research activities that have been carried out in organizations related to the educational field. These videos compile experiences that are representative of the diverse challenges, approaches and methodologies used within the educational sector, covering a wide variety of contexts and situations that allow a deeper understanding of the impact of initiatives in the school, academic and social spheres.<\/p><div class=\"translation-block\">- <strong>Posters<\/strong>, which correspond to written communications of a) original and unpublished research, b) educational intervention experiences. Posters must be submitted within one of the three thematic areas of the Congress. Only one person (the coordinator) should submit and present the symposium, including all abstracts, on behalf of the presenters.<\/p><p><strong>CONTENTS OF THE SHIPMENT:<\/strong><\/p><p>Following the instructions in the Application Platform, the coordinator must complete the following data:<\/p><ul><li>Presentation of the symposium, identifying the objective and a brief description of the topics or experiences to be addressed: maximum 700 words. Identify the language in which the symposium will be presented: Spanish, Portuguese, or English.<\/li><li>Abstract of each oral communication: maximum length of 500 words for each oral communication that makes up the symposium. It is suggested as structure to mention the introduction, objectives, methodology, results and conclusions, in 700 words.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li>Optionally you can include the video if it is already elaborated, including a link to Youtube with the audiovisual piece.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords that identify the topics to be covered, separated by semicolons.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Topic line: Specify area according to congress guidelines.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. If accepted, the presentation is suggested to include the following indications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formats:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Files in the following formats are accepted: MP4, MOV, AVI, Youtube.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maximum duration of the presentation is 10 minutes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Content:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information should be presented in a clear, concise and accurate manner.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The use of technical or complex language that may make it difficult for the public to understand should be avoided.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It can be divided into different sections, such as introduction, development and conclusion.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resources such as music, animations and graphics can be used to complement the information.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It must have a good quality sound, prioritizing that the dialogues are audible over the ambient sound (or if necessary, use subtitles).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time should be maximized to present information effectively.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important to ensure that you hold the copyright for all material used.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If protected material is to be used, permission must be obtained from the authors or copyright owners.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direct exposure of children and adolescents should be avoided<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selected works will be screened in a rotating playback room.
