In case of choosing the registration modality that implies a reduction in the registration fee, it must be accompanied by the corresponding supporting documentation for the chosen condition:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate students: (Master’s and PhD): proof of current enrollment must be attached.
- University researchers and faculty members: Attach an employment contract or legal document verifying the position.
- Unemployed or retired individuals: Attach a work history report.
- Non-university teaching staff: (Including teachers from kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, high schools, vocational training centers, and technical institutes): attach a certificate issued by the management of the educational institution where the individual is currently employed or assigned.
Individuals applying for a reduced registration fee must upload the required supporting documents during the registration process and wait for the Congress Organizing Committee to validate their request before proceeding with payment. If the documentation is not submitted or is incorrect, the registration will not be accepted.

6. Rights of Registrants

7. Policy Modifications
The congress organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions in order to strengthen the protection of registrants’ personal data. Any changes will be published on this same page, so it is recommended to review this section periodically.
Notes:
- All attendance and participation as first author or co-author requires registration for the event.
- In case of registration cancellation, 50% of the fee will be reimbursed for registrations completed by June 20, 2025, due to administrative costs.
- Before making the payment, please verify that the rate to be charged to your account is correct. to the selected category. No refunds will be issued for overpayments.
- The organization informs that the number of participants is limited until full capacity is reached.
